Help for AGAP iPhone beta testers
Tell us what you were testing, what appeared on each phone, and whether the receiving phone was open, in the background, or locked.

Describe what you expected and what actually happened. Do not send passwords, verification codes, precise location, or private medical information.
Use two iPhones belonging to people who know each other. Keep the phones together. Connect both to working Wi-Fi or mobile data, allow notifications and precise location, and turn up the volume. Warn everyone nearby because the receiving alarm is deliberately loud.
Note exactly where it stopped: sending, delivery, alarm, location, map, acknowledgement, or closing the test. Check the internet connection, notifications, precise location permission, phone volume, silent mode, Focus or Do Not Disturb, and battery restrictions.
An alert can still fail because of weak or congested networks, GPS conditions, a service interruption, phone settings, operating-system restrictions, or an unavailable receiving phone.
Do not use this support page during a real emergency. Call the appropriate emergency number or seek nearby help.
